Gap Personnel who are operating as an employment business are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for Receptionist for a company based in Warrington WA5 area.

The position is on temp to perm basis.

We have a great opportunity to join one of our client’s team. The company deals with metal recycling and is based in Warrington WA5 area.

Ideal candidate will preferably have some customer service experience although training will be provided.

Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

• Receiving and welcoming visitors to site

• Issuing temporary access cards to staff & visitors

• Receiving post/parcels

• Arranging courier collections

• Call handling

• Hotel bookings

• Barrier access control

Ideal candidate:

Will have strong communication skills both written and verbal
Have good interpersonal skills
Have good organizational skills
Be able to work independently
Be able to carry out tasks from start to finish
Have good phone manner

Working hours:

07:30 – 16:00
1 half hour break
Monday – Friday

Pay:

£13.50 per hour
